Persuasive writing is an essential skill when advocating for your client. Join barrister Paul McDonald for an in-person workshop on written advocacy, which will give you an enhanced understanding of drafting and structuring submissions and help you to apply the relevant rules and procedures to your drafting. During the workshop you will critique submissions, look at ways to plan submissions, and practice drafting submissions.
