From 13 December 2023, the Human Rights Commission will have the power to enforce the new 'positive duty' on employers to eliminate, as far as possible, workplace sexual harassment and discrimination.    

Understanding the new positive duty is important and relevant to employment law solicitors, legal principals, as well as to the legal profession as a whole.
