This webinar will provide you with key information about the annual trust account reporting process (commonly known as Part A, Part B and External Examiner Report) using the Trust Lodgement Portal (TLP).

Join us for this complimentary webinar as we walk you through the Trust Lodgement Portal where you will learn how to:

  • Navigate the Trust Lodgement Portal (commonly known as TLP).
  • Appoint a trust coordinator.
  • Appoint an authorised trust contact (if required).
  • Lodge a Statement of Trust Money (commonly known as a Part A) and comply with your obligations under rule 54 of the Legal Profession Uniform General Rules 2015 (Uniform Rules).
  • Lodge a Confirmation of Trust Money (commonly known as a Part B), ensure an external examiners report is completed and comply with your obligations under Section 155 of the Legal Profession Uniform Law (Uniform Law) (if required).
  • Appoint an External Examiner

There will be an opportunity to ask the Chief Trust Account Investigator questions on the process.
