• The measures you will need to put in place to mitigate and manage risks in your AML program, including measures to conduct periodic reviews
• The AML/CTF compliance officer’s role in overseeing compliance with your AML/CTF policies

This case law update will provide you with important insights from a selection of recent competition and consumer law cases.
