Build your confidence in the courtroom by joining Patrick Griffin SC and experienced solicitor advocate David Evenden for this practical workshop on oral advocacy. 

The course will give you the opportunity to hone your advocacy skills, and will also cover a range of essential topics and tips relating to: 

  • Court etiquette
  • Ethical issues
  • Appearing at directions hearings/mentions/interlocutory applications
  • Pleas in mitigation

After morning tea, the session will move from the Law Society Building to a mock Court.
